SHIPPING POLICY
LONNI uses Registered Australia Post and ships daily. We endeavor to ship your order within 1-2 days of receiving it online.
A flat rate of $12 postage applies to all orders under $200 within Australia.
Free postage applies to all orders over $200.
Express Postage is available for a flat rate of $16.50.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia, usually between 2 – 7 business days. Please refer to the chart below for estimated Delivery times. These delivery times may vary depending on COVID restrictions affecting Australia Post deliveries at the time of placing your order.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you prefer local pick up, please select 'local pick up' at checkout and we will prepare your order for you. You will receive a notification once your order is fulfilled and ready for collection during store hours.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards purchased from LONNI comply with Victorian Gift Card Laws and have a 3 year expiry period from date of purchase.
REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY - ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
Full priced merchandise purchased from LONNI online may be returned for refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Unless an item received is faulty or incorrect, all returns and exchanges will be posted back to us at the customers expense.
LONNI reserves the right to refuse any returns where the product has been used or deemed altered from its original condition. All returned items must be accompanied with proof of purchase and in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused and with tags attached.

IN-STORE POLICY
- Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
- Refunds are only issued for faulty items, upon inspection by the brand.
- Exchange or credit note will be issued no later than 7 days of purchase.
- The item must not be worn and include original tags and packaging.
- Swimwear, earrings & headwear are non-returnable items due to hygiene regulations.
- Proof of purchase must be presented.
- All sales are final on discounted sale items.
FAULTY ITEMS
At LONNI we stand behind our products and hope that you love them as much as we do. We thoroughly check each item before its shipped out, however sometimes faults may be undetected. Should you find that your item is faulty please contact the store within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will endeavour to organise a replacement once inspection from the brand has occurred.
In the instance a replacement is unable to be provided from the brand we will arrange a refund.
